DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, you need to create an account at VOKE to shop.
I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have forgotten your password, click ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the sign in page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Click on the size guide in the footer to find out the measurements of each garment type to determine your correct size.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Check the colour and size from the drop down boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VOKE ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Bank Transfer and payments via Paypal and MEO Wallet.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT VOKE?
At VOKE, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we do not store any cardholder account data. All credit card payment service are secure and are handled by PayPal who hold the highest level of PCIDSS accreditation.

DOES VOKE SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?
DOES VOKE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
VOKE ships via CTT (National) and DHL (International). Products usually ship 1-2 days after the order has been placed so please allow time for processing.
Customs fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
VOKE is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
