DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
VOKE ships via CTT (National) and DHL (International). Products usually ship 1-2 days after the order has been placed so please allow time for processing.
Customs fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
VOKE is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?
International orders are sent via DHL, some of wich may require a signature. If you are unable to sign for a delivery you will be left a card with contact details for the delivery carrier. You will be able to contact the courier directly and arrange redelivery if necessary.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ITEMS?
Once your items are dispatched you’ll receive notification email. Don’t forget that you can visit your account to view the most up-to-date order and delivery statues.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
This information will be send by sms/email or you can visit your account to find out more.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate price based on your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to VOKE within 14 days of your purchase date, unless otherwise specified in a specific offer. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns require pre-authorization. Please email email@example.com with your order information and you will be supplied with a Return Authorization number to list on your return.
